Ca' Nick Guesthouse
L' Agriturismo (Guest-house) was born from our desire to restore a place that, even though not far from the sea, keeps the countryside character and rural Italian traditions of old times.
We offer you 3 stylish rooms, furnished with taste and ensuite bathrooms. For those wishing to stay longer (min. 1 week) we offer two lovely apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room and a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher included).
The apartments and the rooms each have their own private entrance.
Our guests are invited to enjoy the garden and the terrace equipped with sun loungers, sunshades, tables and chairs to enjoy an open air lunch or a magnificent sunset.
You are also welcome to make your own pizza and we will gladly introduce you to this gastronomic adventure. As an alternative, we have a large grill available for a barbecue.

About Ca' Nick
The pleasure of exercising the art of hospitality has carried us to the realization of this project. It is a pleasure for us to offer you a slower-paced and individual holiday, in a charming place, on the lovely Italian hills. It's like being between the earth and the sky but also close to the city of Fermo and the beach on the coastline of the Adriatic Sea.
The symbol of Cà Nick is the sunflower, the "girasole", which is sown on the hills that surround the house. From June onwards they offer you a unique sight. Girasole is also the name of our main "flower apartment". Elegant and spacious with a lovely terrace that offers a splendid sea view.
In our garden you can enjoy the peace of being amid the hills, i.e. reading under the shade of an ancient olive tree...
for the little ones...
we have a cozy bed to sleep in and in the garden you can find a swing set to play on and a pool...
for the parents...
there are comfortable sun loungers to stay close to the children and enjoy sunbathing on the terrace...
when you want to cook...
and there is need to wash, there is a dishwasher in the apartments and a common laundry room. For cooking you may also use the vegetables available in our garden.
and when it gets cold...
we turn on the under floor heating that is available in every room and apartment.
for our foreign guests...
we speak German, English and French.
La Casa
For BBQ lovers there is also a charcoal grill and a pizza oven, where you can enjoy and show off your qualities as pizza chefs.
Apartment Girasole
The Girasole apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a large living room with kitchenette, a dishwasher, bedroom and a large bathroom with shower.
It has a private terrace with table and chairs, from which you have a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea.
Apartment Bouganville
The Bouganville apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, dishwasher, bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room you can access the large terrace with tables and benches for eating outdoors or for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.
The Apartment Bouganville can be rented together with Room Margherita on the first floor. The price for the Bouganville apartment + the Margherita room is available on request.
Room Margherita
The Margherita room is on the first floor, above the Bouganville apartment, with 2 separate beds and a private bathroom.
Room Rosa Antica
The large Rosa Antica room has a bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, sink and a two-plate cooker. It has direct access to the terrace with tables and benches for eating outdoors.
Room Papavero
The Papavero Room has a small fridge for drinks. The bathroom is equipped with handicapped facilities.
What to visit
Cà Nick Guest-house is situated at 140 meters above sea level, surrounded by green gentle hills and overlooking the sea (as the crow flies 2 kms) . It boasts stunning views over the Sibillini Mountains and the city of Fermo that lights up during twilight and gives us all of its splendor.
What you can do...
You can go for walks or jog along the paths where the farmhouse stands. It is also a good starting point for those who love cycling. The gentle hills are easily approachable and for those who like a challenge, there are more demanding excursions. Not far away there is a place to do horseback riding or trail riding.
We can advise Sightseeing Tours: Cultural and Archaeological. For those who love good authentic cuisine, we have several recommendations for restaurants, snack bars and pizzerias. If you wish we are able to teach you how to make homemade pasta!
Fermo
During the Middle Ages Fermo was the largest city in the Marche and the center of the "Marca Fermana". The Piazza del Popolo, one of the most representative public squares of the Marchigian Middle Ages, and the Dome located on the highest point of Mount Tabulo set the historic city center. With its magnificent Renaissance buildings Fermo has a dominant position, not only for the cultural life but also commercially. Around the city lies the heart of Italian leather industry, with small family factories and direct sale in the shops of the most famous Italian fashion labels, not forgetting weekly and seasonal markets.
Porto San Giorgio
For those who prefer the beach and its leisure, Porto San Giorgio offers a wide range of beach establishments, equipped with all necessary services and children's facilities, restaurants and bars, as well as many public beaches with fine sand. The villas in style "floreale" reminiscent of the last century, when the town was an exclusive holiday destination. The waterfront and the center with its elegant shops and cafés invite you to stroll and relax.

Directions to Ca' Nick
Getting to us is so easy: at the A14 exit FERMO - PORTO SAN GIORGIO turn right as going towards Pescara. After about 150 meters you will find a kiosk on your right and immediately afterwards turn right. Carry on and after 6 kms you will find Cà Nick signs. You just have to take the private road (200m) that takes you to the farm house.
